QUALITY EN 9100 & CUSTOMER AUDIT

It is through our main sector of activity that we have decided to provide a normative certification response.

For more than 10 years, SOMALEC has met the requirements of EN9100 and ISO 9001. Our certifier, AFNOR, works with us every year to enable us to offer this essential response to our legitimacy to work for these demanding sectors, for which this certification is synonymous with rigor and expertise, and where product risk is at the heart of our coordination processes.

In addition to this certification, we also undergo numerous customer and product audits, which we are accustomed to. The loyalty of our customers and clients is based on this knowledge of our company and on the total transparency of our facilities and management.

> ALL these areas of expertise are covered by a public access building (ERP) that caters for each of them.

To gain the trust of our customers, we must be able to show them our ability to achieve perfection. This requires our ability to listen in order to understand the specifications of each project and to establish a close and trusting relationship. As our first director of SOMALEC, Mr. Collin, said, “You can't do things almost right, you have to do them perfectly all the time!” This phrase has shaped our DNA and our quality culture.
