CSR

At SOMALEC, we consider our performance to be a collective one and part of the dynamism of the region. With this vision in mind, we have built on a network, an ecosystem.

The firm SAC, headed by Mr. Jaafoura, supports and advises us on accounting, social engineering, transit and legal matters.

GITAS gives us an insight into the French aeronautics industry transposed to Tunisia. It allows us to be part of the Tunisian aeronautics industry ecosystem and to share and discuss our many issues.

ENISO is the connection with our future Tunisian elites. Providing our support in engineering projects and opening our doors to these future generations is essential to the economic development of our territory and therefore of our companies.

Very recently, we wanted to develop a strong proximity with occupational medicine and our teams to enable each one to express all the subjects necessary for fulfillment within our various departments.

Finally, we rely on a network of private and public partners without whom we could not provide our level of services and expertise.

The Tunisian aerospace industry is now a key driver of economic development, with more than 17,000 direct jobs, 1,000 new hires each year, and an estimated contribution of 3.5% of national GDP. This constantly evolving sector relies on an integrated, dynamic ecosystem spread across the country, particularly in Tunis, Sousse, Soliman, and Monastir. GITAS (Groupement des Industries Tunisiennes Aéronautiques et Spatiales) now has more than 40 member companies located in several strategic industrial regions. It acts as a unifying force, representing the interests of its members to national and international institutions. GITAS works to strengthen the Tunisian aerospace supply chain, encourage the adoption of demanding environmental and social standards, and promote Tunisia as a competitive and attractive industrial platform on a global scale. A new high-quality member: SOMALEC Among the companies joining this dynamic group, SOMALEC stands out for its solid structure, professionalism, and specialization in electronic cabling, card assembly, and complex product control, particularly in the aerospace, defense, and rail sectors. Thanks to its performance and ability to meet the requirements of international customers, SOMALEC is a valuable asset to GITAS. The SOMALEC team – Tunisian expertise at the service of high-tech sectors SOMALEC perfectly embodies the spirit of excellence, cooperation, and innovation that our group stands for. At Cabinet JAAFOURA, we have the pleasure of collaborating with SOMALEC on various aspects such as accounting, payroll, HR assistance, legal assistance, as well as transit and insurance. This collaboration has allowed us to appreciate the extent to which SOMALEC is committed to offering quality services that meet the growing expectations of its customers. SOMALEC, as a major player in its territory, is deeply involved in the local community, which is reflected in its corporate management focused on respect for human and environmental values. This approach not only helps to strengthen its image, but also to establish relationships of trust with its partners. Finally, the way SOMALEC is managed is a true model of inclusiveness and transparency. The management team favors open communication and constructive dialogue, which fosters a collaborative and motivating work environment.

The new Somalec logo is revealed in the form of a bouquet of stylized jasmine flowers, symbolizing a dual interpretation rich in meaning. On the one hand, it illustrates the company's technological know-how, through the image of wiring and connection. On the other hand, it embodies human expertise, where agility and technical rigor harmonize on a daily basis. The choice of colors – blue, turquoise and gray – reinforces this identity by evoking technology, reliability and innovation, the fundamental pillars of Somalec.
